SHIPPING + RETURNS
What shipping services do you use and how long are your lead times?
Domestic orders inside the US and to Canada will ship via UPS ground. Transit times from date of shipment are usually 2-5 business days.
International orders will ship via DHL express. Please email us at info@sukrachand.com for international shipping quotes.
Fabrication lead times: please refer to individual product pages as lead times will vary. Some of our lighting collections like the Saraburi Marble Blob Sconce are kept in stock in NY and will ship in 2-3 weeks from receipt of order. Other collections which are customizable (for example, our different brass patina colors) may have a longer lead time for custom fabrication.

What is your returns policy?
Products that remain in new condition with their original packaging can be returned with a 15% restocking fee.
What is the returns process?
Returns must be initiated within 1 week from delivery of product to customer. Please email info@sukrachand.com to begin this process.
Lighting products that have already been installed will not be accepted as returns. Please do not cut the wires or cotton cord of your fixture if you think you might want to return it.
All components should be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. Please take care when repacking to ensure that your return will be accepted. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our New York fulfillment center. Please allow 2 weeks for us to inspect your returned order. If the return is accepted we will issue your credit card a refund minus the 15% restocking fee.
